Our Day at Canyonlands National Park

Canyonlands is a National Park near Moab, Utah. There are four separate sections to the park but I only visited Island in the Sky which is closet to Moab.
The weather was unpredictable the day we visited Canyonlonds. There were storms in the distance all around but it never rained on our parade.

Each different area of the park was so completely different from the last.
Again we went late in the day so the crowds had dwindled and the light was good for taking photos.
The colors are so vivid and the layers in the cliffs are sharp and clear from a great distance.
This park is great for those who aren't very mobile. There are great views from the parking areas and there are places to hike if that's your thing.
I purchased a national park pass for $80. It's an annual pass but the admission fees for these parks have skyrocketed since the last time I visited. During the month of April I visited the following parks;
Arches NP $30 per vehicle
Canyonlands NP $30 per vehicle
Bryce Canyon NP $35 per vehicle
Mesa Verde NP $25 per vehicle

I'm already ahead by $40 and the pass expires on the last day of April 2020.
