The patties were made from 75/25 ground steak combined with 1 Tablespoon of my new favorite seasoning, Mickey & T's Rib Rub. It contains no sodium and no MSG. I purchased mine through the Healthy Heart Market.
I grilled the patties on our gas grill and added 1 slice Sargento Ultra Thin Colby Jack cheese. They were served on a pita with miracle whip, no sodium B&G sweet relish, sliced tomatoes and oven fries.
1 large russet potatoes, peeled and cut into strips
oil from a sprayer or Pam non-stick spray
no salt added seasoning of choice
Spray a cookie sheet liberally with oil or Pam non-stick spray. Arrange the potato strips in a single layer making sure they don't touch. Spray the exposed sides of the potatoes with oil or Pam non-stick spray and season to taste. I like to use Mrs. Dash Chili Lime Seasoning. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes until fork tender.
